1. General interpretation

1.1 Amounts quoted include Goods and Service Tax ("GST").
1.2 Attendee refers to the person registered in our information technology system ("ITS").
1.3 Copyright protected materials mean any and all information, documents, answers to your questions given to you in any format (hardcopy or softcopy) including any correspondence after your course ends that are copyright protected. 1.4 "We", "us" or "our" refer to Grace Management & Consultancy Services Pte Ltd ("GMCS")..
1.5 "You" refer to the applicant or the attendee jointly and severally.

2. Registration

All registrations are to be made online using our ITS via our company website. You may make the registration for yourself or others if authorized to do so. If you register for others, you will bear the full responsibility.
2.2 We will notify you via email no later than 3 working days prior to the course start date to confirm your registration. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please email us at cei@gmcs.com.sg or call us at +65 62964333.
2.3 Registration closes 3 working days prior to the course commencement date. However, we may extend the closing date at our discretion. We will also close registration as soon as any course is fully subscribed.
2.4 GMCS reserves the right to amend any conditions, class size, course fees and course duration without prior notice.
2.5 Name of the participant is mandatory for the course registration.

3. Payment

3.1 Please make full payment within 3 working days after course registration or before the registration is closed, whichever is earlier. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to offer the seat to another participant.
3.2 Course fees can be paid by one of the following modes:
a) Online payment via VISA/Master Card (eNETS) only (AMEX & Diners Club not applicable);
b) PayNow using UEN number (200912010N); or c) Cheque made payable to “Grace Management & Consultancy Services Pte Ltd”; or
d) Cash or NETS payment at our office:

4. Funding/Subsidy

4.1 Please be informed that with effect from 6 Nov 2017, SSG has revised the CEI course funding to be broad based i.e. $2 per hour. (Classroom based training). For other details, please check with our course administrator via email (cei@gmcs.com.sg).

4.2 SSG Training Grant eligibility criteria
a) Course fees should be fully paid by using either Company's Cheque or Corporate Bank Transfer*;
b)Trainee met 75% attendance requirement; and
c) There must an existing employer-employee relationship during training enrolment period and CPF contribution for employer-sponsored trainees during training enrolment period
(E.g, Dec 2020 CPF90 contribution if training started during Dec 2020);
d) GMC will refund the training grant amount only if there is a successful disbursement by SSG.
The “Employer UEN” refers to the Unique Entity Number of the employer of the trainee whom it is sponsoring for the training. This entity must be the direct employer of the trainee, and must also pay the employee’s salary and other statutory benefits such as CPF contribution, medical benefits, leave etc. The UEN will be used to verify the employer and employee relationship between the trainee and entity. Please ensure that the UEN inserted in the enrolment is accurate.
*To receive funding, Training Providers to ensure that full payment has been received from the respective trainee / employer (where trainee is employer-sponsored).

4.3 SkillsFuture Credit (SFC)
a) There will be NO refund strictly if the cancellation/withdrawal/postponement was made on and after the course commencement date or after the collection of the training materials.
b) Withdrawal/cancellation and postponement requests must be made in writing to Grace Management & Consultancy Services Pte Ltd (“GMCS”) at cei@gmcs.com.sg

5. Withdrawal/Cancellation and Postponement

5.1 All withdrawal/cancellation and postponement requests must be made in writing to Grace Management & Consultancy Services Pte Ltd (“GMCS”) at cei@gmcs.com.sg
5.2 Withdrawal/Cancellation
Course fee refund is based on notice period as follows:
• At least 2 weeks prior to course commencement date – 100% refund
• Less than 2 weeks prior to course commencement date – 70% refund
• On or after course commencement date – No refund

5.3 Postponement If you have made the full payment and need a change of dates due to unforeseen circumstances, you may send your written request to us at least 2 weeks before course commencement. We will arrange for 1 rescheduling of your course within 4 weeks, subject to our availability. If there are no suitable dates found, the full course fees will be refunded. Otherwise, an administrative fee of $30 per amendment will be applicable.

5.4 GMCS reserves the right to cancel or postpone any of the courses due to unforeseen
circumstances beyond our control. Applicants will be duly notified and where applicable, the full course fees will be refunded.

6. Change of Participant

6.1 If you are unable to attend and wish to nominate another person to take your place, please inform us in writing at least 3 working days before the course start date. Otherwise, an administrative fee of $30 per amendment will be applicable.

7. Makeup Class

7.1 If you are unable to achieve the minimum 75% attendance for the issuance of Certificate Of Attendance, you may send us a written request, within 2 working days from the date you have missed, for makeup class. We will consider your request only if you have valid reasons, such as medical or compassionate grounds, with supporting documents and medical certificates. We regret that work commitment is not a valid reason.
7.2 We offer only 01 makeup class, subject to our availability, which must be completed within 4 weeks from your course scheduled date. Otherwise, the participant will have to re-attend the whole course and pay the full fees.
7.3 For SkillsFuture Credit‘s participant, there will not be any makeup class or replacement session if the individual attended part of the course or withdrew in the midst of the course. SFC will not be refunded.

8. Loss of Certificate of Attendance and Course Book

8.1 If you lose your certificate of attendance and require a replacement, a fee of S$30 shall apply and the replacement certificate has to be collected in person.
8.2 If you lose your course book(s)/handouts, we are not obliged to issue any replacement.

9. Copyright

9.1 You fully respect any and all copyright protected materials. At all times, these copyright protected materials are strictly for your own use only and no further. You are not allowed to hand over any of these materials to any third party without our written consent.

10. Personal Data Privacy

10.1 We have to submit the personal particulars of course participants to the relevant authorities as required. However, be assured that we respect your privacy and we will comply with the Personal Data Privacy Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2012).

12. Examination

11.1 You have to book your Certificate of Employment Intermediaries examination with NTUC Learning Hub on your own

12. Limits of Liability

12.1 Our liability to the participants is capped at the amount of course fee paid.
